E-Signatures

As of 1 February 2010 an amendment to the ADR Rules and ADR Supplemental Rules came into force which abolished the prescribed form for submitting a Complaint and Response. Therefore anyone who wishes to file his Complaint or Response only electronically may do so without using the electronic signature.
