Welcome to the on-line platform of the Czech Arbitration Court. Electronic communications for the purposes of ADR Proceedings related to .eu domain names is realized via this on-line platform. This online platform currently allows administration of ADR Proceedings in English. English is the language of all ADR Proceedings against EURid, including ADR Proceedings related to the Sunrise Period. The other official languages of the EU are expected to be implemented for the purposes of the online platform by 7 February 2006.
A. How to log in In order to log in to this on-line platform, a user account must be opened and a unique login must be obtained. If you are a Complainant you must register yourself by clicking on "On-line Arbitration Platform" and "Register new user". If you are a Respondent, Panelist or Authorized Representative, already added to database by your client (see FAQ V - How to file Complaint, step 3 and 6 ), you will receive your login and your account information by e-mail sent to the e-mail address(es) provided in the Registration Agreement for the relevant .eu domain name or registered in the on-line platform
B. How to use our on-line platform After you log in to our on-line platform, you will be able to use the navigation hints given, which will offer a user friendly guide through the different functions of our on-line platform. In case you experience any difficulties when using our on-line platform, please send us an e-mail describing the problem to the following e-mail address: info@adr.eu. If your problem is technical, please contact the webmaster. Your request and our comments might be included in our FAQ list.
