Commentated and categorized .EU decisions, 2nd Edition
After 4 years and more then 200 new decisions on the .EU, the CAC launched the 2nd Edition of the Overview of CAC Panel Views on Selected Questions of the Alternative Dispute Resolution for .EU Domain Name Disputes. CAC collaborated on the 2nd Edition with Ass. Proff. Lars Karnøe and his team from August 2016 and the official launch of the Overview 2.0 took place on 26/01/2017 in Prague. We believe that the Overview 2.0 will be helpful in identifying views expressed by CAC Panels and providing decisions which help to put the Panel views in context.
